The booking procedure through the Sol y Vera website (www.solyvera.com) involves express acceptance on behalf of the client of each and every general condition which are considered an integral part of the reservation and are completed with the corresponding legislation.
BOOKINGS AND REFUNDS
When the booking takes place, a deposit is paid by a secure credit card payment. The amount of said deposit figures on the payment page of the website and the reservation will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid. The payment of the pending amount must take place on arrival at the apartments, on the contrary, the booking will be considered cancelled as figures in the section of cancellations. The client will receive the details of their reservation by email, together with a number (booking reference), all related details, conditions and refund policy.
The transaction will be done in EUROS, no matter the nationality of the client.
THE RESERVATION INCLUDES
The services detailed according to the booking conditions stated by the touristic establishment at the time of making the booking. TAX included.
CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY
When making a booking, the client is fully and exclusively responsible of the accuracy of all the details given. If these are found to be incorrect, the booking could be cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS
At all times the client is able to cancel the booking and has a right to receive a refund of the deposit paid previously, but the client will have to pay compensation to the touristic establishment for the following concepts:
1) For Hotels, Hotel-Apartment, Rural Hotel, Hostel or Hostel Residence, if the cancellation of the booking takes place within seven days of the fixed date to occupy the bedroom, the hotel company will keep the deposit.
2) For Apartments or Holiday houses, the cancellation of a booking gives a right to retain maximum, in concept of compensation, the following percentage of the deposit:
5% of the deposit when the cancellation takes place more than 30 days before the date of arrival.
50% of the deposit when the cancellation takes place within 30 days and more than seven days before the date of arrival.
100% of the deposit when the cancellation takes place within seven days of the date of arrival.
