 Aqualand
The Aqualand Magaluf, as its name suggests is on the outskirts of Magaluf, and is a giant waterpark with death defying slides, thrilling rides for older kids and some tamer ones for the toddlers. They're open every day May to October from 10am in the morning to 6pm in the evening, but do close during the cooler winter months for general repairs and refurbishment of the park.

 Marine Land
Just along the coast from Palma Nova at Portals Nous, is one of the most popular family attractions on the island Marineland. Here you will find performing dolphins, sealions, and parrot shows throughout the day. As far as we are aware these are the only captive dolphins on the island, and frequently we are asked "can we swim with them?". Again as far as we are aware, the answer is sadly no. During the show a number of small children are picked at random to be pulled around their pool in a small inflatable dinghy, but outside of the show times the public are not allowed access to these beautiful creatures. Opening hours are: April to September: from 9am to 7pm, October to March: from 10am to 6pm. A visit to Marineland is often included in all of the major tour operators organised day trips, and it can become very busy during the peak season.

 Western Park
One of the newest attractions in Calvia is the Western Park. It's the combination of both a water park and a wild west theme park, that is really suitable for all the family. During the day there's a number of predatory birds shows going on, a small animal farm, and green lawned areas to relax in.

 Golf Fantasia
Golf Fantasia in Palma Nova itself, is set amid waterfalls, caves and tropical gardens, and is without doubt one of the best mini golf courses in Majorca. There is a choice of three very different 18 hole courses, although you will be allocated a specific course on buying the ticket in an attempt to minimise waiting time during play. This attraction becomes very popular during high season with most of the major tour operators running trips here from all over the island. They are open every day throughout the year from 10am to 2am the following morning.

 Golf Poniente
Surrounded by trees and lakes, pine groves and Mediterranean flora. The course has well-kept fairways and an excellent design of the course made for the most demanding players. Poniente golf first opened its doors in 1978. The course was designed by John Harris. It is a large course and has a grade of difficulty in its 18 holes. An excellent driving range, buggies, trolleys, clubs, etc.

 Karting Magaluf
Older children in particular will enjoy racing around the kart track on the outskirts of the Magaluf, near to the Aquapark. They're Open every day from 10am to midnight in high summer, and for the rest of the year it's 10am to sunset.

 Nemo Submarine
A 45 minute underwater excursion in a genuine submarine is the highlight of the two hour trip on the Nemo Submarine. Its panoramic portholes allow you to view the underwater wildlife and shipwrecks that are normally seen only by scuba divers. Before the trip there is a video display about Mediterranean marine life, and a 20 minute boat trip to the Isla de Sech, where you board the submarine. They run trips daily from March to October, starting at 9am each morning to 8pm in the evening, but for safety reasons under 3's are not allowed in.

 BCM Dance Planet
Top international DJs come to BCM to do their thing at Majorca's biggest and best-known club. The upper level, where the young and trendy gather, features spectacular laser shows. The middle level attracts a marginally older set, and the basement Millennium Club stages nightly foam parties. The dress code is smart but casual and the age range is roughly 16 to 30.

 Gran Casino Mallorca
This Casino, the largest on the island, offers a wide variety of gambling games to bet on: Slot Machines, American Roulette, Black-Jack, Casino Stud Poker, Craps and Mini/Midi Bacarrat.  Pirates Adventure
One of the most popular evening attractions with all Nationalities in the south of the island is the Pirates Adventure (Els Pirates), which is located on the outskirts of Magaluf. It takes the form of a Dinner/Show with a pirate theme, and has short dialogues in English throughout. Opening days are a little confusing, but they are open 8pm to midnight from April through to October, every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Sunday is reserved for an adults only show!
